Our Policies

  • Pipp'NBelle requires a 50% deposit for all Full groom and bath and brush bookings.

  • Pipp'NBelle requires a 48hr notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

    Failure to give required notice

    Will mean the loss of the appointment Deposit.

  • Pipp’NBelle can only allow up to 10 minutes of lateness, if you are more than 10 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled and payment of missed appointment will need to be paid in full, unless rescheduled asap.

  • Pipp’NBelle requires a NO SHOW fee which is the full amount of the appointment made.

  • The amount of time spent on the groom may change due to coat condition.

    For every 30 minutes the appointment goes over the 2 hour allocated time there will be a minimum charge of £5.

  • Once contacted by Pipp’NBelle notifying your dog will be ready, we will allow up to 30 minutes for collection.

    Any additional time over 30 minutes will be at a minimum cost of £5 every 15 minutes.
